9.2 Updating the Bill To Information for a Customer
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for updating the Bill To Information for a customer in ctcLink.
Audience: Accounts Receivable
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- ZC AR Customer Maintenance
If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.
Updating the Bill To Information for a Customer
Navigation: NavBar > Navigator > Customers > Customer Information > General Information
- The General Information search page displays.
- Enter SetID.
- Enter Customer ID.
- Select Search.
- The General Info tab displays.
- Select the Bill To Options tab.
- The Bill To Options tab displays.
- Select the Add a New Row [+] icon.
- Enter Effective Date.
- Enter Freight Bill Type.
- Enter Billing Cycle Identifier.
- Enter Invoice Form.
- Enter Bill By Identifier.
- Enter AR Distribution Code.
- Enter Payment Terms ID.
- Enter Discount Grace Days.
- Enter Due Grace Days.
- Enter Method to will specify the Payment Predictor method to use when the system applies payments from the customer.
- Select Save.
- Process complete.
