9.2 Academic Progress Display
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to view Academic progress display through the Academic Progress tile on the ctcLink Student Homepage.
Audience: Students; Student Services staff.
Academic Progress Display
Navigation: Student Homepage
- Select the Academic Progress tile.
- The Academic Progress page displays.
- Review the Academic Career and Institution in the top-left corner.
- Select the Change button to choose another Institution if applicable.
- If you selected to change the career or institution, the academic progress summary refreshes.
- Select the Academic Progress section on the left-side menu.
- The Academic Progress page displays.
- Select the first line which is the description of the degree or certificate to open the degree description section.
- The Requirements Details page displays for review.
- Select the Academic Progress section to return to the Academic Progress page.
- The Academic Progress page displays.
- Select another Requirement (Biological, Earth, and Physical Sciences Requirement).
- The Requirement Details page displays for review.
- Select the Academic Progress section to return to the Academic Progress page.
- The Academic Progress page displays.
- Select a Course Section (Example BIOL& 175) to open a list of courses that meet the requirement.
- Select one of the courses from the list.
- Select the View Classes button to display available class sections for the course.
- Select the Course Details button to be returned to the Course Details page.
- Select the Add to Planner button.
- A message appears on the page that states 'This course is in your planner under Unassigned Term.'
- Select the Go to Planner link on the bottom-left of the page to display the Planner.
- The Planner page displays.
- Select the Unassigned Courses section to see the course the was added in prior step.
- Select the Planner link.
- The Planner page displays.
- Select the Academic Progress link at the top-left of the page.
- The Course Detail page displays.
- Select the Requirement Details link at the top-left of the page.
- The Requirement Details page displays.
- Select the Academic Progress menu button.
- The Academic Progress page displays.
- Select the View Report as PDF button.
- The pdf displays as a popup or in the download section of your browser, depending on which browser is being used.

- Process complete.
