View My Milestones

Purpose:  Use this document as a reference to view student milestones through the Academic Records tile on the ctcLink Student Homepage.

Audience:  Students & Student Services staff.

View My Milestones

Navigation:  Student Homepage

  1. Select the Academic Records tile.
  2. The Course History page displays.
  3. Select View My Milestones, located on the left side of screen.
  4. The Milestone List displays.
  5. Select a Milestone.
  6. The Milestone List Details page displays.
  7. Select OK.

Process complete.

Upload a File to a Milestone

  1. Select the Academic Records tile.
  2. The Course History page displays.
  3. Select View My Milestones, located on the left side of screen.
  4. The Milestone List displays.
  5. Select the Milestone hyperlink.  (Link in blue text).
  6. The Student Milestone Details page displays.
  7. Select Add in the Student Documents table.
  8. The File Attachment box appears.
  9. Select Browse and double-click on the file you want to upload. The file name displays to the right of the Browse button. To cancel the file upload, select Cancel to return to the Student Milestone Details page.
  10. Select Upload.
  11. Select View to review your file.
  12. Select Add to upload additional files.
  13. When all files are uploaded, select OK.

Process complete.
