View My Exam Schedule
Purpose: Use this document to reference how to view exam schedules through the Manage Classes tile on the ctcLink Student Homepage.
Audience: Students; Student Services staff
View My Exam Schedule
Navigation: Student Homepage > Manage Classes > View My Exam Schedule
Access the Exam Schedule
- Select the Manage Classes tile.
- The Manage Classes menu displays on the left. Select View My Exam Schedule.
- If the student is enrolled at more than one college or term, the Term/College selection page displays. Select the applicable Term/College.
- If a selection is not required, the Student Exam Schedule page displays automatically.
Review the Exam Schedule
- The My Exam Schedule page displays for the selected term and college.
- Under Select Display Option, select List View or Weekly Calendar View.
- In List View, review the exam details, including the Class, Description, Exam Type, Exam Date, Schedule, and Room.
- Select Weekly Calendar View to view scheduled exams in a weekly calendar format.
- Use Previous Week or Next Week to view exams scheduled for another week.
- To view a specific week, enter or select a date in the Show Week of field.
- If needed, adjust the Start Time and End Time to change the hours displayed on the calendar.
- Select Refresh Calendar to update the schedule based on the selected date and time range.
- Review the scheduled exam for details such as the class, exam type, date, time, and location.
- Process complete.
