Student Questionnaire (ctcLink)
⚠️This QRG reflects future functionality that will be implemented on 07/22/2025.
Purpose: Use this guide to navigate to the Tasks tile and Profile tile to locate and complete the Student Questionnaire in ctcLink.
Audience: Students.
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- ZZ SS Student
Navigation: Student Homepage
Option 1: Accessing via the Tasks Tile
- From the ctcLink Student Homepage, locate the Tasks tile.
- The Tasks tile is marked with a yellow warning symbol and displays the number of pending tasks (e.g., "1 To Do's").
- Click on the Tasks tile to view your holds.
- Locate the Student Questionnaire in the Holds list. Click on it to view Hold Details.
- Select the Start the Questionnaire button to access the questionnaire.
- The Student Questionnaire page displays.
- Answer each required question. Questions marked with an asterisk (*) are required and must be answered before you can save the form.
- Click "Save" after completing all questions to submit your responses.

Tooltips (a small circular symbol with the letter "i" inside, which stands for "information") provide additional helpful information when completing the Student Questionnaire.
- If you're using a computer and a web browser, simply hover over the tooltip icon with your mouse to view the details.
- On a mobile touchscreen device, press and hold the tooltip icon to access the same information.
- Process complete.
Option 2: Accessing via the Profile Tile
- From the ctcLink Student Homepage, locate the Profile tile.
- The Profile tile is represented by a silhouette icon with your student ID number displayed below it.
- Click on the Profile tile to open your personal information.
- On the Profile page's left-hand menu, click on Student Questionnaire at the bottom of the menu.
- The Student Questionnaire page displays.
- Answer each required question. Questions marked with an asterisk (*) are required and must be answered before you can save the form.
- Click "Save" after completing all questions to submit your responses.
- A message appears on the screen stating, "Your information has been updated."

Saving Student Questionnaire Responses
When a student completes and saves their responses on the Student Questionnaire page, the system records the action with a timestamp. This timestamp appears directly below the Save button as "Last Updated On" and includes both the date and time of the most recent update.
