Apply for/View Graduation (HCX)

Purpose: Use as a reference for how to Apply for or View your Graduation status using the college Mobile Application.

Audience: Students.

The college mobile applications will look a bit different between the various colleges. This guide is intended as a general overview. Please note that your college may have different images and options available.

Apply for/View Graduation

  1. On the Mobile (HCX) Springboard page, select the ctcLink Login tile.  
  2. The ctcLink Login page displays.
  3. Enter your ctcLink ID.
  4. Enter your Password.
  5. Select the Sign In button.  The Okta Account section of the ctcLink Reference Center provides helpful information on accessing your ctcLink account.
  6. Select the Academics menu from the sidebar navigation.
  7. Select the Apply for/View Graduation from the sidebar menu.
  8. The Apply for/View Graduation page displays.  Notice the Status is Eligible for Graduation.
  9. Select the Apply for Graduation button for the eligible program(s).

  1. Select the Term from the drop-down menu.
  2. Select the Apply button.
  3. The Confirm Application pop-up message displays.
  4. Confirm your request by selecting the Apply button.
  5. The Graduation Details pop-up window displays.
  6. Select the [X] to close the pop-up window.
  7. The Apply for/View Graduation page displays with an updated Status of Applied for Graduation.
  8. You have successfully applied for/view graduation.
  9. Process complete.
