Swap Classes (HCX)

Purpose:  Use as a reference for how to swap classes using the Mobile application.

Audience:  Students.

The college mobile applications will look a bit different between the various colleges, this guide is intended as a general overview, please note that your college may have different images and options available.

Swap Classes

  1. Log into HCX.
  2. Select the Enrollment sidebar menu.
  3. The Enrollment menu expands.
  4. Select the Swap Classes sidebar menu item.

  1. The Swap Classes page displays to the right.
  2. Select the Swap This Class button for the applicable class.
  3. A list of choices display:
    • With class from Search
    • With class from Planner
    • With class from Shopping Cart
    • With class from Class Number
  4. Select the With class from Planner.

  1. The Planner page displays.
  2. Choose the class you want to swap.
  3. Select the Swap button.

  1. The Enrollment options pop-up window displays.
  2. Select the Save button.
  1. The Swap confirmation page displays.
  2. Select the Confirm button.

  1. You have successfully swapped a class.
  2. Process complete.
