I'm a Classified employee with Edmonds College and understand how to request overtime for approval, once approved I then go to my Time Sheet and if it's a day I already worked I click the + button to add another row then I select the proper TIME REPORTING CODE (TRC). But the only choice for Overtime is 04 SOV - Straight Overtime and some people that I work with have been payed at straight time and not time and a half. Are we requesting Overtime wrong?

Thank you for your question Eric!
As of Go Live for your college, overtime is auto calculated by TL Rule in Time & Labor. So you will not see the TRC in the Timesheet. If the employee reports more than 40 hours in a week, the system will auto generate OVT (overtime) and it will send to Supervisor for approval.
