ESS Viewing Pay History

Purpose:  Use this document as a reference for viewing pay history in ctcLink; specifically for Employee Self Service.

Audience:  Employees

Fluid Navigation:  HCM Employee Self Service > Payroll (Tile) > Paychecks (Tile)

  1. The Paychecks page displays.
  2. From Date and To Date are populated with a default date range of 3 months based on the last issued check date.
    If needed, modify the dates and select Apply to view a different set of paychecks.
  3. Select the arrow '>' on the right side of screen (or anywhere along the row) to view"pay stub"/details of a particular paycheck.

  1. If multiple wage statements for a specific date range are needed, select the Download button to generate a list of wage statements to download into a single consolidated PDF file.
    As with the Paychecks view, you can also specify a From Date and To Date (date range) for multiple consecutive checks to be consolidated into one file.

NOTE: The ctcLink custom-designed Summary of Leave Balances section does not appear on the consolidated wage statements PDF file. It displays without showing leave balance information.

Paychecks page - Download Wage Statements
  1. After pressing the Download button to generate the consolidated paycheck PDF, a new tab opens with the name:  SSPUSDWD.pdf with multiple pages, one for each paycheck selected. You can review, print or download this pdf.
