ESS Add Update Phone Number (Fluid)

Purpose:  Use this document to add/update employee phone number(s) via Employee Self Service in ctcLink.

Audience:  Employees

Employee Self Service Add Update Phone Number

Navigation:  HCM Employee Self Service (Homepage) > Personal Details (Tile) > Contact Details (Tile)

Add Phone Number
  1. The Contact Details homepage displays.
  2. Select the [+] button in the Phone section.
  3. The Phone Number pagelet displays.
  4. Select the Type from the drop-down menu.
  5. Select the Preferred checkbox if applicable.
  6. Enter the 10 digit phone Number.
  7. Enter the Extension if applicable.
  8. Select the Save button.
  9. The Contact Details homepage displays with the added phone number.

The process to add a new phone number is now complete.

Update Phone Number
  1. From the Contact Details homepage, select an existing Phone Number.
  2. The Phone Number pagelet displays.
  3. Select a new Type option from the drop-down menu, if applicable
  4. Update the Number accordingly, if applicable.
  5. Select the Save button.
  6. The Contact Details homepage displays with updated phone information.

The process to update a phone number is now complete.

Delete Phone Number
  1. From the Contact Details homepage, select an existing Phone Number.
  2. The Phone Number pagelet displays.
  3. Select the Delete button.
  4. A confirmation message displays.
  5. Select the Yes button.
  6. The Contact Details homepage displays with updated phone information.

The process to delete a phone number is now complete.
