9.2 ESS Add Update Email Address (Fluid)
Purpose: Use this document to change and/or update employee email address in ctcLink.
Audience: HR Admin/Employees.
Employee Self Service Add / Update Email Address
Navigation: Employee Self Service > Personal Details Tile

Add Email Address
- The Personal Details page displays.
- Select the Contact Details heading on the sidebar.
- The Contact Details page displays at the right
- Select [+] Add Email Address icon button.
- The Email Address pagelet displays.
- Select the Email Type from the drop-down menu.
- Select Preferred checkbox if applicable.
- Enter the new email address.
- Select the Save button.

- The Contact Details page displays.
- The new email address is now listed in the Email section.

- The process to add an email address is now complete.
Update Email Address
- Select the Contact Details heading on the sidebar.
- The Contact Details page displays at the right.
- Select an existing email address row (do not select the actual email address link).

- The Email Address pagelet displays.
- Update the Email Type from the drop-down menu.
- Select the Preferred checkbox if applicable.
- Enter the new email address.
- Select the Save button.

- The Personal Details page displays with the updated email address.
- The process to update email address is now complete.
Delete Email Address
- Select the Contact Details heading on the sidebar.
- The Contact Details page displays at the right.
- Select an existing email address.
- The Email Address pagelet displays.
- Select the Delete button.

- A Confirmation Message displays.
- Select the Yes button.

- The Contact Details page displays.
- The email address is now removed.

- The process to delete an email addresses is now complete.
