9.2 Update Contact Details/Email and Phone (Fluid)
Purpose: Use this document as a reference on how to updated student contact information via Fluid navigation in ctcLink.
Audience: Students; Student Services staff
Update Contact Details
Navigation: Student Homepage
- Select the Profile tile.

- The Personal Details page displays.
- Select Contact Details.

- The Contact Details page displays.
- Select an existing Email to update or select + to add a new Email Type.

- The Add Email page displays.
- Enter Email address.
- If appropriate, check the Preferred checkbox.
- Select Save.

- The updated Contact Details page displays.
- Select an existing Phone to update or select + to add a new Phone Type.

- The Add Phone page displays.
- Enter Type.
- Enter Country Code.
- Enter Phone Number.
- Enter Extension.
- If appropriate, check the Preferred checkbox.
- If appropriate, check the Enable Texts checkbox.
- Select Save.

- The updated Contact Details page displays.

- Process complete.
My TCC student account, kpubols23809@student.tacomacc.edu isn't working. It's telling me it doesn't recognize me. Can't set up the rest of my portal process. Please help. I can log into canvas with my student ID and was able to set up a password with that. I was able to register for classes. Just can't seem to get the portal login to work. Thanks-
