Adding Other Earnings Paysheet

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for adding other earnings to paysheets in ctcLink.

Audience: Payroll Administrator.

You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:

  • ZC Payroll Data Maintenance
  • ZZ Payroll Data Maintenance

If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.

Adding Other Earnings Paysheet

Navigation:  Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Update Paysheets > By Paysheet

  1. The By Paysheet search page displays.
  2. Enter or select the Company.
  3. Enter or select the Pay Group.
  4. Enter the paysheet Page Nbr.
  5. Select the Search button.
  6. The By Paysheet page displays.
  7. From the Paysheet tab, select the Add a Row (+) button in the Other Earnings section.
  8. Enter or select the Code.
  9. Enter the Amount.
  10. Select the Save button.
  11. Enter or select the Code.
  12. Enter the Amount.
  13. Select the Save button.
