9.2 Academic Progress Display

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to view Academic progress display through the Academic Progress tile on the ctcLink Student Homepage.

Audience: Students; Student Services staff.

Academic Progress Display

Navigation:  Student Homepage

  1. Select the Academic Progress tile.
  2. The Academic Progress page displays.
  3. Review the Academic Career and Institution in the top-left corner.  
  4. Select the Change button to choose another Institution if applicable.
    • If you selected to change the career or institution, the academic progress summary refreshes.
  5. Select the Academic Progress section on the left-side menu.
  6. The Academic Progress page displays.
  7. Select the first line which is the description of the degree or certificate to open the degree description section.
Academic Progress
  1. The Requirements Details page displays for review.
  2. Select the Academic Progress section to return to the Academic Progress page.
  3. The Academic Progress page displays.
  4. Select another Requirement (Biological, Earth, and Physical Sciences Requirement).
  5. The Requirement Details page displays for review.
  6. Select the Academic Progress section to return to the Academic Progress page.
  7. The Academic Progress page displays.
  8. Select a Course Section to open a list of courses that meet the requirement.
  9. Select one of the courses from the list.
  10. Select the View Classes button to display available class sections for the course.
  11. Select the Course Details button to be returned to the Course Details page.
  12. Select the Add to Planner button, located in the upper right hand side of screen.
  13. A message appears on the page that states 'This course is in your planner under Unassigned Term.'
  14. Select the Go to Planner link on the bottom-left of the page to display the Planner.
  15. The Planner page displays.
  16. Select the Unassigned Courses section to see the course the was added in prior step.
  17. Select the Planner link, located on the left side of screen.
  18. The Planner page displays.
  19. Select the Academic Progress link at the top-left of the page.
  20. The Course Detail page displays.
  21. Select the Requirement Details link at the top-left of the page.
  22. The Requirement Details page displays.
  23. Select the Academic Progress menu button.
  24. The Academic Progress page displays.
  25. Select the View Report as PDF button, located on the right-upper side of screen.
  26. The pdf displays as a popup or in the download section of your browser, depending on which browser is being used.

Process complete.
