9.2 Student Upload Documents

Purpose:  Use this document to reference uploading student documents through the Additional Resources tile on the ctcLink Student Homepage.

Audience:  Students; Student Services staff.

Staff are able to locate documents through the following Navigation: NavBar > Peopletools > CTC Custom > Extensions > Upload Documents

Navigation:  Student Homepage

  1. Select Additional Resources.
Student Home page
  1. The Links page displays.
  2. Select Upload Documents.

  1. The Upload Documents page displays.
  2. Enter Select Institution.
  3. Select Continue.

  1. The Upload Documents page displays.
  2. Enter or look up the Document Class.

  1. Select Attach.

  1. The File Attachment window displays.
  2. Browse to your file.
  3. Select Upload.

  1. The Document Uploaded verification window displays.
  2. Select OK.

  2. Select Save.

  1. Select View to confirm the upload.

  1. The uploaded document displays in a new window.  Review it.
  2. Close the window.

I follow the instructions how to upload documents step by step, but my files couldn't be uploaded (it is pdf, jpg.. and <1M). I wonder whether there is any issue with your server. Thank you.

Hi Kim, Thank you for your question. I would recommend contacting the office that you are wanting to receive your document. They will want to know what Document Class you are selecting. If possible, I would also provide the operating system you are working on (Microsoft Windows, Apple macOS, Android...etc)--it might help with troubleshooting the issue. --TMartin.

How do you find the document type and document class values?

Hello Ronin, Thanks for asking such a great question. When you select the looking glass to the right of the Document Class field, a box will appear in the center of your screen; you can choose the appropriate class.
