Mobile (HCX) - Holds (aka Service Indicators)

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for viewing service indicators using mobile in ctcLink.

Audience: Student Records Staff.

The college mobile applications will look a bit different between the various colleges. This guide is intended as a general overview. Please note that your college may have different images and options available.  

Holds

  1. Log into HCX.
  2. Select My Information from the sidebar navigation.
  3. Select the Holds menu item.
  4. The Holds page displays to the right.
  5. Review the holds on the account.
  6. Select a hold to see the details and description of the hold.

  1. You have successfully reviewed the Holds page.
  2. Process complete.
