QRG Updates

• Running Start Queries
  • Screenshots have been updated to reflect the correct Query Name.
• The following QRG’s have had this warning statement added to them:
  • “When utilizing the Maximum Amount field, limit to only 13 characters. More than 13 characters will cause Tuition Calculation to fail.
  • When you input a value in the Minimum Amount field, the amount will be forced to continue to apply despite a student being eligible for a refund. It is recommended to not enter a value in the Minimum Amount field for any fee that should be able to be fully refunded.”
    • Adding Course Fees Via Course Catalog
    • Add a Course Fee through Student Financials
    • Add a Class Fee through Student Financials
    • Adding a Class Fee Via Maintain Schedule of Classes
    • Create Course List Fees
    • Maintain/Update BEdA Course Lists and Course List Fees
• Reverse a Corporate Payment/Charge
  • The Purpose statement has been updated to state: “Use this document as a reference for reversing Corporate Payments that have been posted using the Cashier or Non-Cashier methods. Also use this document as a reference for reversing Corporate Charges.”
  • A tip has been added that states: “If you would like to Void a payment that has been processed through your Open Cashier Office, please refer to the Void a Receipt QRG.
