9.2 Adding Driver's License Information

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for adding Driver's license information into ctcLink.

Audience: HR Specialists and HR Administrators.

You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:

  • ZC HR Employee Maintenance
  • ZZ HR Employee Maintenance
  • ZZ SS Workforce Administrator

If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.

Add Driver's License Information

 Navigation:  NavBar >Navigation > Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Biographical > Driver's License Data

  1. The Driver's License Data search page displays.
  2. Enter the Empl ID.
  3. Select the Search button.
Find an Existing Value tab
  1. The Driver's License Data page displays.
  2. Enter the driver's license number in the Driver's License Nbr field.
  3. For positions requiring a valid driver's license, use the License Suspended box if applicable.
  4. The Country field will default to USA.
  5. Enter/Select a State.
  6. Enter the Issue Location (20 characters max).
  7. Enter the Issuing Authority (20 characters max).
  8. Enter the Valid from and Valid To dates.
  9. Enter/Select a License Type, if applicable.
  10. NOTE: the Number of Violations and Number of Points fields are optional.
  11. Select the Save button.
Dirver's License Information page

Photocopies of the Driver's License  can be stored on the Identification Data page.  Refer to 9.2 Creating/Maintaining U.S. and Foreign Citizenship Credentials QRG.

  1. The process to add Driver's License Information is now complete.
  2. End of procedure.
