9.2 Adding Driver's License Information
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for adding Driver's license information into ctcLink.
Audience: HR Specialists and HR Administrators.
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- ZC HR Employee Maintenance
- ZZ HR Employee Maintenance
- ZZ SS Workforce Administrator
If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.
Add Driver's License Information
Navigation: NavBar >Navigation > Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Biographical > Driver's License Data
- The Driver's License Data search page displays.
- Enter the Empl ID.
- Select the Search button.
- The Driver's License Data page displays.
- Enter the driver's license number in the Driver's License Nbr field.
- For positions requiring a valid driver's license, use the License Suspended box if applicable.
- The Country field will default to USA.
- Enter/Select a State.
- Enter the Issue Location (20 characters max).
- Enter the Issuing Authority (20 characters max).
- Enter the Valid from and Valid To dates.
- Enter/Select a License Type, if applicable.
- NOTE: the Number of Violations and Number of Points fields are optional.
- Select the Save button.
Photocopies of the Driver's License can be stored on the Identification Data page. Refer to 9.2 Creating/Maintaining U.S. and Foreign Citizenship Credentials QRG.
- The process to add Driver's License Information is now complete.
- End of procedure.
