Viewing the Details of Employee Compensation Packages
Purpose: Use this document to view details of employee compensation packages in ctcLink.
Audience: Human Resources staff.
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:

If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.
A Job Code is a unique code that you associate with a specific job in your organization.
The Set ID should automatically populate to your organization's unique code (e.g. WA220).
View the Details of Employee Compensation Pkgs
Navigation: Compensation > Base Compensation > Review Salary Information > Employee Ranking by Job Code
- The Employee Ranking by Job Code search page displays.
- Enter the desired information into the Job Code field. If you do not know the exact code, you may look it up by selecting the magnifying glass icon.
- Select the Search button. The Employee Ranking by Job Code page displays. It enables you to view how employees rank in terms of compensation within a job code. The Work Location tab lists employees by name and employee ID, and displays their location, annual rate, and company.
- Select the Ratios tab.
- The Ratios tab displays the name and employee ID of an employee. It also displays the Annual Rate, Compa-Ratio, and (percentage) % Range.
- Select the Components button.
- The Salary Components page enables you to view the details of the selected employee's compensation package associated with the current job data row.
- Select an icon in the Components column.
- The Salary Components pagelet displays.
- The Amounts tab enables you to view pay component amount information, including compensation rate, currency, and frequency.
- Select the Changes tab.
- The Changes page displays. It enables you to view changes to the pay component, including adjustments in amount, points, and percent.
- Select the Conversion tab.
- The Conversion page displays. It enables you to view the converted compensation rate.
