9.2 ESS Add Update Phone Number (Fluid)
Purpose: Use this document to add/update employee phone number(s) via Employee Self Service in ctcLink.
Audience: Employees.
Employee Self Service Add Update Phone Number
Navigation: HCM Employee Self Service (Homepage) > Personal Details (Tile)
- The Personal Details homepage displays.
- Select the Contact Details heading on the sidebar.
- The Contact Details homepage displays.
- Select the [+] button in the Phone section.
- The Phone Number pagelet displays.
- Select the Type from the drop-down menu.
- Select the Preferred checkbox if applicable.
- Enter the 10 digit phone Number.
- Enter the Extension if applicable.
- Select the Save button.
- The Contact Details homepage displays with the added phone number.
- The process to add a new phone number is now complete.
- From the Contact Details homepage, select an existing Phone Number.
- The Phone Number pagelet displays.
- Select a new Type option from the drop-down menu, if applicable
- Update the Number accordingly, if applicable.
- Select the Save button.
- The Contact Details homepage displays with updated phone information.
- The process to update a phone number is now complete.
- From the Contact Details homepage, select an existing Phone Number.
- The Phone Number pagelet displays.
- Select the Delete button.
- A confirmation message displays.
- Select the Yes button.
- The Contact Details homepage displays with updated phone information.
- The process to delete a phone number is now complete.
- End of procedures.
