Purpose: This document is meant to link with the State Boards "official" Fiscal Affairs Manual. The manual contains pertinent information on the following topics: administrative systems, Fund Accounting, Chart of Accounts, State Wide Budgeting Process, Local Budgets, Capital Budget, Accounting Processes, and much more.
Audience: Student Financials and Finance Staff
Please be aware, that as of 2/1/2022, this manual is being reviewed and updated to incorporate ctcLink. We will update this QRG when that process is completed and a new "official" manual will replace this one.
