9.2 Update Contact Details/Email and Phone

Purpose:   Use this document to reference how to update student contact information through the Profile tile on the ctcLink Student Homepage.

Audience:  Students; Student Services staff

Update Contact Details

Navigation:  Student Homepage

  1. Select the Profile tile.
       The image displays the ctcLink Student Homepage in ctcLink.
  1. The Personal Details page displays.
  2. Select Contact Details.
Personal Details page
  1. The Contact Details page displays.
  2. Select an existing Email to update or select + to add a new Email Type.
Contact Details page
  1. The Add Email page displays.
  2. Enter Email address.
  3. If appropriate, check the Preferred checkbox.
  4. Select Save.

  1. The updated Contact Details page displays.
  2. Select an existing Phone to update or select + to add a new Phone Type.

  2. Enter Type.
  3. Enter Country Code.
  4. Enter Phone Number.
  5. Enter Extension.
  6. If appropriate, check the Preferred checkbox.
  7. If appropriate, check the Enable Texts checkbox.
  8. Select Save.
