Hello DeAndre, I'm sorry that your sister cannot enroll in classes. Please get in touch with the college's Enrollment Services office for assistance. ~Tanjagay Martin | CS Core Trainer

Question... I work for the CCR department at YVC. Currently I build all of our classes so they do not show on the catalog. What I'd like to know if we give our students their class #s can they enroll themselves even though the classes don't show up in the catalog?

Hello Sirena, Thanks for asking such a great question. The "Schedule Print" checkbox must be selected for a student to search for a class with a Class Nbr. Possibly, on the "Enrollment Control" tab (Maintain Schedule of Classes), you can set the *Add Consent field to "Department Consent Required." Given this, you could generate class permissions, select "Consent Required," and include messaging on the "Notes" tab stating, "For permission to enroll in this section, please contact ." Have a great day, Sirena! ~Tanjagay Martin | CS Core Trainer
