9.2 PTF YRQ History Detail List Report

Purpose:  Use this document as a reference for generating the History Detail List Report in ctcLink.

Audience: Benefits staff.

You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:

  • ZD Benefits Reporting

If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.

YRQ History Detail List Report

Navigation:  Menu > Benefits > CTC Custom > CTC Reports > PTF YRQ History Detail List

  1. The PTF YRQ History Detail List run control ID search page displays.
  2. Select the Add a New Value tab.
  3. Enter Run Control ID.
  4. Select Add.
  5. The PTF YRQ History Detail List page displays.
  6. Enter Company.
  7. Choose one option at a time from process request parameters. (Either All Years/Quarters, or Quarter Range with a Begin Term and End Term in mind).
  8. Select Include all jobs (if not selected, only PTF jobs included), if appropriate.
  9. Select Run.  Please refer to the Process Scheduling QRG for instructions.

  1. The Process Scheduler Request page displays.
  2. Leave Server Name field blank.
  3. Make sure Format type is "PDF".
  4. Select OK.
  5. The Process Scheduler Request page disappears.
  6. The updated PTF YRQ History Detail List page displays.  Note the Process Instance number.
  7. Select Process Monitor.
  8. The Process List tab displays.
  9. Select Refresh until your Process Instance's Run Status = "Success" and its Distribution Status = "Posted".
  10. Select Details.
  11. The Process Detail page displays.
  12. Select View Log/Trace.

  2. Select the first .log file.

  1. The .log file displays in a new window.
  2. Close all pop-up windows and click on Go back to PTF YRQ History Detail List link at the bottom of the Process List page.
  3. The PTF YRQ History Detail List page displays.
  4. Select Report Manager.
  5. The List tab displays.
  6. Select the Administration tab.
  7. The Administration tab displays.
  8. For the row whose Format = "Acrobat (*,pdf)", select Details (link on far right of screen, last column).
  9. The report file displays.  Verify its accuracy.
