9.2 PTF YRQ History Detail List Report

Purpose:  Use this document as a reference for generating the History Detail List Report in ctcLink.

Audience: Benefits staff.

YRQ History Detail List Report

Navigation:  NavBar > Navigator > Benefits > CTC Custom > CTC Reports > PTF YRQ History Detail List

  1. The PTF YRQ History Detail List run control ID search page displays.
  2. Select the Add a New Value tab.
  3. Enter Run Control ID.
  4. Select Add.

  1. The PTF YRQ History Detail List page displays.
  2. Enter Company.
  3. Choose one option at a time from process request parameters. (Either All Years/Quarters, or Quarter Range with a Begin Term and End Term in mind).
  4. Select Include all jobs (if not selected, only PTF jobs included), if appropriate.
  5. Select Run.  Please refer to the Process Scheduling QRG for instructions.

  1. The Process Scheduler Request page displays.
  2. Leave Server Name field blank.
  3. Make sure Format type is "PDF".
  4. Select OK.

  1. The Process Scheduler Request page disappears.
  2. The updated PTF YRQ History Detail List page displays.  Note the Process Instance number.
  3. Select Process Monitor.

  2. Select Refresh until your Process Instance's Run Status = "Success" and its Distribution Status = "Posted".
  3. Select Details.

  2. Select View Log/Trace.

  1. Close all pop-up windows and click on Go back to PTF YRQ History Detail List link at the bottom of the Process List page.

  2. Select Report Manager.

  2. Select the Administration tab.

  2. For the row whose Format = "Acrobat (*,pdf)", select Details.

  1. The process to run the PTF YRQ History Detail List report is now complete.
