9.2 DRS Transaction Adjustments
Purpose: Review this document to adjust number of hours for classified staff/any staff that may work more/less hours in a pay period than what is actually processed by Payroll.
Audience: Benefits Administrator/Payroll
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- ZD DRS Processing Inquiry
- ZZ DRS Processing
If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.
AFTER the DRS Data Load from Payroll is run and BEFORE the college admins send out an email that the DRS data is ready to go for Transmittal (i.e BEFORE the DRS Transmittal is run Centrally college admins have a chance to review and edit the hours and/or amounts on the DRS Transaction Page).
DRS Transaction Adjustments
Navigation: NavBar > Navigator > Benefits > CTC Custom > DRS Transaction
- The DRS Transaction page displays.
- In the below image, notice the Reporting Period Sent is UNCHECKED and the “+” is available to add a new row.
- Select the [+] sign to create a new row with the Source Indicator as R.
- Make sure to enter the correct (same) pay period end date in the Transaction Date field. You could enter positive or negative numbers for amounts and hours as desired.
- Select Save.
- *NOTE: Once the DRS Transmittal is run Centrally, the DRS Transaction page will NOT be available for editing.
- Process complete.
