9.2 Viewing Reported Time

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for viewing reported time on the Reported Time Audit page in ctcLink.

Audience: Time and Labor Administrator.

You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:

  • ZZ TL Process Time

If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.

View Reported Time

Navigation: Menu > Time and Labor > View Time > Reported Time Audit

  1. The Reported Time Audit search page displays.
  2. Enter the Empl ID.
  3. Select the Search button.
  4. The Reported Time Audit page displays.
  5. Enter the Start Date and End Date.
  6. Select the Get Rows button.
  7. The results display in the Time Information section of the Reported Time Audit page.
  8. Select the History link for more information about the submitted time.
