9.2 Assigning Work Schedule by Workgroup
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for Assigning Work Schedule by Workgroup in ctcLink.
Audience: Time & Labor Administrators, Core HR Administrators, Payroll Administrators
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- ZD TL Admin View Time
If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.
Assign Work Schedule by Workgroup
Navigation: NavBar > Navigator > Set Up HCM > Product Related > Time and Labor > Rules and Workgroups > Workgroup
- The Workgroup search page displays.
- Enter the Workgroup.
- Select the Search button.

- The Workgroup page displays.
- From the Definition tab, enter the Effective Date. NOTE: The Effective Date should be the FIRST WORK DAY of the week.

- Scroll down the page to the Workgroup Defaults section.
- Locate Schedule ID field.
- Select the Lookup icon to select the Schedule ID needed.
- The Look Up Schedule ID pagelet displays.
- Select the applicable Schedule ID.

- The Workgroup page displays with the Schedule ID.
- Select the Save button.

- The process to assign work schedule by workgroup is now complete.
