9.2 Creating Prospect Records Online
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for creating prospect records online in PeopleSoft.
Audience: ctcLink employees
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- ZZ SS Student
You must also set these SACR Security permissions:
If you need assistance with the above security roles or SACR settings, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.
Creating Prospect Records Online
Navigation: NavBar > Navigator > Self Service > Request Information
- The Request Admission Materials page displays.
- Select Next.
- The Request Information page displays.
- Select Add.
- The Request Information page displays.
- Enter all applicable information.
- Select OK.
- The Request Information page displays.
- Select Next.
- The Academic Interests page displays.
- Select Add.
- Select from the Academic Interests lookup icon.
- To add an additional interest, select Add.
- To delete an interest, select the Trashcan icon.
- Select Next.
- The Test Results page displays.
- Select Add.
- The Test Results page displays.
- Enter the test data.
- To add an additional test component, select Add.
- To delete a test component, select Delete.
- Select OK.
- The Test Results page displays.
- Select Next.
- The Submit page displays.
- Select Submit.
- Log out then log in as an Admissions Coordinator.
- Navigate to the Create/Update Prospects page (see above).
- Input the Last Name and First Name of the person who logged in online to Request Information and select the Prospect Career and Prospect Program tabs.
- Process complete.
