9.2 Entering General Materials
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to enter general materials in ctcLink.
Audience: Admissions staff
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- ZC AD App Entry
- ZD AD App Entry
- ZZ AD App Entry
You must also set these SACR Security permissions:
If you need assistance with the above security roles or SACR settings, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.
Entering General Materials
Navigation: NavBar > Navigator > Student Admissions > Application Evaluation > Evaluate Application Materials > General Materials
- The General Materials search page displays.
- Enter Search Criteria to identify your student.
- Select Search.

- The General Materials page displays.
- Enter Material Group.
- Enter Material Type.
- Enter Date Received.
- Enter Date Recorded.
- Enter Comments.
- Select Add Attachment, if applicable.
- Select the Add a New Row [+] icon to add more general materials, if applicable.
- Select Save.
