9.2 Linking Supporting Items to an Application

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to link supporting items to an application in ctcLink

Audience: Admissions staff

You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:

  • ZC AD App Entry
  • ZD AD App Entry
  • ZZ AD App Entry

You must also set these SACR Security permissions:

If you need assistance with the above security roles or SACR settings, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access

Linking Supporting Items to an Application

Navigation:  NavBar > Navigation > Student Admissions > Application Entry > Application Materials > Application Materials

  1. The Application Materials search page displays.
  2. Enter Academic Institution.
  3. Enter additional Search Criteria to identify your student.
  4. Select Search.
Application Materials search page
  1. The Application Materials page displays.
  2. Enter information into one or more of the following fields:
    a. Test Scores
    b.  Academic Summary
    c.  External Courses
    d.  External Subjects
    e. Transcripts
  3. Select Save.
Application Materials page
  1. Process complete.
