9.2 OAAP General Application with a Fee Waiver
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to complete an Online Admission Application Portal (OAAP) application with a fee waiver in ctcLink.
Audience: Admissions staff
You can find the link to the Online Admissions Application Portal on the college website.
If you have already created a User Name and Password for the Online Admissions Application Portal (OAAP), you can enter your User Name and Password and finish completing your application.
If you have not created an account for OAAP, follow the instructions in the first two foldable sections of 9.2 New OAA-P Submitting an Admissions Application (FLC, DG2, DG3 Only). Users may not create more than one account per email address.
If you are a returning student logging in with your ctcLink credentials and need to make corrections to your address, email, and phone information, you will need to do this in ctcLink before applying for admissions. If you do not remember your ctcLink account information, please contact the college directly.

- The Online Admissions Application login page displays.
- Select the Login button.
- The Login page displays.
- Enter your Username or if you have an existing ctcLink account, log in with those credentials.
- Enter your Password.
- Select the "I'm not a robot" Captcha checkbox.
- The Captcha window displays.
- Select the correct Captcha images, then select the Verify button.
- The Captcha window disappears.
- Select the Login button.
- The Start a New Application page displays.
- Select a College from the dropdown list.
- Select an Admission Type from the dropdown list.
- Select a Program from the dropdown list.
- Select a Term from the dropdown list.
- Select a Plan from the dropdown list.
- Optionally, select a Sub-Plan from the dropdown list. Academic Sub-Plans are optional and not required to submit an Online Admissions Application successfully.
- Click the Apply button.
- The Personal Information page displays. Review and update, if needed.
- Select the Next button.
If you are a returning student logging in with your ctcLink credentials and need to make corrections to your address, email, and phone information, you will need to do this in ctcLink before applying for admissions. If you do not remember your ctcLink account information, please contact the college directly.
- The High School/College Information page displays. Review and update, if needed.
- Select the Next button.
- The Ethnicity page displays. Review and update, if necessary.
- Select the Next button.
- The Upload Documents page displays.
- If applicable,
- Select the Upload document type from the drop-down
- Enter a document Description
- Select the Upload File button
- Select the Next button.
- The Residency page displays. Answer each of the questions by selecting your answer from each question's drop-down list.
- Select the Next button.
- The Supplemental Questions page displays. Answer each of the questions by selecting your answer from each question's drop-down list.
- Select the Next button.
- The Review and Submit page displays. Read it.
- Select the Yes, I accept checkbox.
- Select the Submit Now button.
- The Payment Detail window displays.
- Enter your Waiver Code.
- Select the Apply button.
- The waiver is applied to the Amount to be Paid.
- Select the Proceed button.
- A status window displays.
- Select the OK button.
- The Submitted Applications page displays. Congratulations!
- Select your name in the upper-right-hand corner of the page.
- An actions menu displays.
- Select Log-out.
- The Online Admissions Application Portal login page displays.
- Close all browser windows.
- Process complete.
