9.2 Viewing Payment Groups

Purpose:  To view payment groups using ctcLink.

Audience:  Accounts Receivable staff

You can view payments after they have been posted. ctcLink enables you to view a payment group consisting of a single payment that has been posted or for which you have created accounting entries.

You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:

  • ZD AR Inquiry

If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.

Viewing Payment Groups

Navigation: NavBar > Navigator > Accounts Receivable > Receivables Update > Posting Results-Payments > Payment Group-All Items

  1. On the Payment Group-All Items search page, enter or look up the Deposit Unit.
  2. Enter or select the Deposit ID
  3. Enter or select the Payment ID.
  4. Select Search. The Payment Group-All Item page will display.
Find an Existing Value tab
  1.  Use the Payment Control tab to review the control totals and group status for the group.

  1. Select the Payment 1 tab.
  2. Use the Payment 1 tab to view item information including amounts, entry type and reason, payment terms, and discount data.

  1. Select the Payment 2 tab.
  2. Use the Payment 2 tab to view assigned support personnel, correspondence information, cash forecasting information, and draft information.

  1. Select the Payment 3 tab.
  2. Use the Payment 3 tab to view consolidated invoice information and user-defined fields.

  1. Process complete.
