Viewing Employee Bank Accounts
Purpose: Use this document as a reference on how to view Employee Bank Accounts.
Audience: Travelers, Finance or Business Office Staff.
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- ZZ PeopleSoft User
If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.
View Employee Bank Accounts
Navigation: Employee Self-Service > Travel and Expenses > Review/Edit Profile
- The Employee Data tab page displays.
- Select the Bank Accounts tab.
- On the Bank Accounts page, you can view your Default Payment Method, Bank Accounts and Default Bank Account. Please make sure you are looking at the Bank Account info for your Default Profile.
If the information contained in the Bank Accounts page needs to be modified or updated, please reach out to your local college Travel Administrator for assistance.
