9.2 Class Permissions - Individual Class

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for defining general class permissions in ctcLink.

Audience: All Staff

  • This guide provides the process of defining general class permissions codes for students to use in Self-Service enrollment to override enrollment restrictions.
  • Colleges can set up classes to allow students who meet requirements to enroll into a class.  Students are permitted for the class via their EMPLID. As a result, permission numbers are not generated. See the QRG 9.2 Class Permissions - Student Specific for additional information.

Navigation:  NavBar > Navigator > Records and Enrollment > Term Processing > Class Permissions > Class Permissions

Hi. Thought I enrolled in Stats class but it's now showing a wait list. I enrolled in that class before enrollment began. Is it now a waiting list?
