Setting Up Event Templates

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for setting up event templates in ctcLink.

Audience: College staff responsible for maintaining event information

You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:

  • ZD CC Super user

You must also set these SACR Security permissions:

If you need assistance with the above security roles or SACR settings, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access

Setting Up Event Templates

Navigation: Campus Community > Campus Event Planning > Set Up Events > Event Template

Note: Much of this information may already be populated. This process updates existing templates.

  1. The Event Template search page displays.
  2. Enter Search Criteria to identify your event then select Search.
  3. The Meeting Template tab displays. Update the page as needed.
  4. Select the Add a New Row [+] icon to add another meeting or select the Delete a Row [-] icon to remove an existing meeting.
  5. Select the Meeting Resource Template tab.
  6. The Meeting Resource Template tab displays.
  7. Select Resource Code, Number of Resources and Comment.
  8. Select the Meeting Staff Template tab.

  1. Select Staff Code, enter Num Staff Required and Comment. When complete, select Save.

    Process complete.
