Setting Up Staff Codes
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for setting up staff codes in ctcLink.
Audience: College staff responsible for maintaining event information
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- ZD CC Super user
You must also set these SACR Security permissions:
If you need assistance with the above security roles or SACR settings, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access
Setting Up Staff Codes
Navigation: Campus Community > Campus Event Planning > Set Up Events > Staff Code Table
Use the Staff Codes page to identify and set up the types of staff for events, such as speakers, admissions counselors, tour guides, cooks, and servers.
- The Staff Code Table search page displays. On the page select the Add a New Value tab.
- Enter Staff Code and select Add.
- The Staff Codes page displays. Enter Effective Date.
Select Status, enter Description and Short Description. Select Save.
Process complete.
