Setting Up Event Types
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for setting up event types in ctcLink.
Audience: College staff responsible for maintaining event information
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- ZD CC Super user
You must also set these SACR Security permissions:
If you need assistance with the above security roles or SACR settings, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access
Setting Up Event Types
Navigation:Campus Community > Campus Event Planning > Set Up Events > Event Type Table
- The Event Type Table search page displays. Select the Add a New Value tab.
- Enter Event Type, then select Add.
- The Event Types page displays. Enter Effective Date.
- Select Status.
Enter Description, Short Description and Comment. Once complete, select Save.
Process complete.
