9.2 Search for Available Facility

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for searching for an available facility in ctcLink.

Audience: All staff.

Searching for an available facility

Navigation:  NavBar > Navigator > Curriculum Management >  Facility and Event Information > Search for a Facility

  1. The Search for a Facility search page displays.
  2. Enter Academic Institution.
  3. Select Search.
Search for a Facility search page
  1. The Facility Search Criteria tab displays.
  2. In the Meeting Criteria section, enter the From Date, End Date, Meeting Start Time, Meeting End Time, and check at least one day of the week.
  3. In the Facility Criteria section, enter or use the lookup icon to select the following information:
    1. Facility Type
    2. Room Capacity From / Room Capacity To (minimum and maximum audience).
    3. Academic Organization (optional).
    4. Facility Partition (optional).
    5. Location Code (optional).
    6. Building (optional).
  4. Select Fetch Facilities.

  1. The Facility Search Results tab displays. If no facilities are available, adjust the search criteria and resubmit.

  1. Process complete.
