9.2 Set up Student Milestones

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to set up student milestones in ctcLink.

Audience: Advising and Student Records staff.

Note: Access to the processes in this QRG is limited and is assigned by the local ctcLink security administrator.

Setting Up Student Milestones

Navigation:  NavBar > Navigator > Set Up SACR > Product Related > Student Records > Enrollment > Milestone Table

  1. The Milestone Table search page displays.  It defaults to the Find an Existing Value tab.  In this example, we'll create a new milestone.
  2. Select Add a New Value.
  3. Enter Academic Institution.
  4. Enter Milestone.
  5. Select Add.

  1. The Milestone Table page displays.  Enter information into the following fields:
    1. Effective Date
    2. Status
    3. Description
    4. Formal Description
    5. Grading Scheme
    6. Grading Basis
    7. Self-Service Availability
    8. Milestone Level
    9. Description
    10. Formal Description
  2. Select Save.

  1. Process complete.
