9.2 Define Test for Requisites

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to define test for requisites in ctcLink.

Audience: Registration staff.

Test for Requisites

Navigation:  NavBar > Navigator > Curriculum Management > Enrollment Requirements > Define Tests for Requisites

  1. The Define Tests for Requisites search page displays.  It defaults to Find an Existing Value.
  2. Select Add a New Value.
  3. Enter Academic Institution.
  4. Enter Test ID.
  5. Select Add.

Please be diligent and always confirm that you are working with your institution's data.

Define Tests for Requisites Add a New Value tab
  1. The Define Test for Requisites page displays.  Enter information into the following fields:
    1. Effective date
    2. Status
    3. Months Valid
    4. Test Score Method
    5. Data Source.  Select the [+] icon to add additional data sources.
  2. Select Save.

It is important to ensure Data Sources selected in the Valid Data Sources section are aligned with the values that are manually entered by a staff person.  This can cause errors when a student attempts to enroll into a class .

  1. Process complete.
