9.2 Setting Up Event Templates

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for setting up event templates in ctcLink.

Audience: College staff responsible for maintaining event information

Setting Up Event Templates

Navigation:  NavBar > Navigator > Campus Community > Campus Event Planning > Set Up Events > Event Template

Note: Much of this information may already be populated. This process updates existing templates.

  1. The Event Template search page displays.
  2. Enter Search Criteria to identify your event.
  3. Select Search.

  1. The Meeting Template tab displays.
  2. Update the page.
  3. Select the Add a New Row [+] icon to add another meeting.
  4. Select the Delete a Row [-] icon to remove an existing meeting.
  5. Select the Meeting Resource Template tab.

  1. The Meeting Resource Template tab displays.
  2. Select Resource Code.
  3. Enter Number of Resources.
  4. Enter Comment.
  5. Select the Meeting Staff Template tab.

  2. Select Staff Code.
  3. Enter Num Staff Required.
  4. Enter Comment.
  5. Select Save.
