9.2 Setting Up Event Templates
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for setting up event templates in ctcLink.
Audience: College staff responsible for maintaining event information
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- ZD CC Super user
You must also set these SACR Security permissions:
If you need assistance with the above security roles or SACR settings, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access
Setting Up Event Templates
Navigation: NavBar > Navigator > Campus Community > Campus Event Planning > Set Up Events > Event Template
Note: Much of this information may already be populated. This process updates existing templates.
- The Event Template search page displays.
- Enter Search Criteria to identify your event.
- Select Search.

- The Meeting Template tab displays.
- Update the page.
- Select the Add a New Row [+] icon to add another meeting.
- Select the Delete a Row [-] icon to remove an existing meeting.
- Select the Meeting Resource Template tab.

- The Meeting Resource Template tab displays.
- Select Resource Code.
- Enter Number of Resources.
- Enter Comment.
- Select the Meeting Staff Template tab.

- The Meeting Staff Template tab displays.
- Select Staff Code.
- Enter Num Staff Required.
- Enter Comment.
- Select Save.

- Process complete.
