9.2 Setting Up Staff Codes
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for setting up staff codes in ctcLink.
Audience: College staff responsible for maintaining event information
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- ZD CC Super user
You must also set these SACR Security permissions:
If you need assistance with the above security roles or SACR settings, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access
Setting Up Staff Codes
Navigation: NavBar > Navigator > Campus Community > Campus Event Planning > Set Up Events > Staff Code Table
Use the Staff Codes page to identify and set up the types of staff for events, such as speakers, admissions counselors, tour guides, cooks, and servers.
- The Staff Code Table search page displays.
- Select the Add a New Value tab.
- Enter Staff Code.
- Select Add.

- The Staff Codes page displays.
- Enter Effective Date.
- Select Status.
- Enter Description.
- Enter Short Description.
- Select Save.
