9.2 Updating Phone Information

Purpose: Use this document to update phone information in ctcLink.

Audience: Student Services Staff.

You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:

  • ZC CC Personal Information
  • ZD CC Personal Information
  • ZD CC Super user
  • ZZ CC Pers Info NID Update
  • ZZ CC Personal Information

You must also set these SACR Security permissions:

If you need assistance with the above security roles or SACR settings, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access

Use the Phone Numbers page to enter or review an individual's telephone numbers.

Navigation: Campus Solutions Administrator > Right NavBar > Navigator > Campus Community > Personal Information > Biographical > Addresses/Phones > Phones

  1. The Phones search page displays.
  2. Enter the desired information into the ID field.
  3. Select the Search button.

  1. The Phone Numbers page displays.
  2. Select the Add button.
Search Results Page
  1. A new row displays.
  2. Select the Phone Type list and choose the desired information from the drop-down menu.
  3. Enter the desired information into the Phone Number field.
  4. Select the Save button.
Phone Details Entry
  1. You have successfully updated phone information for an individual.
  2. End of Procedure.
