9.2 Setting Up Event Types

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for setting up event types in ctcLink.

Audience: College staff responsible for maintaining event information

You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:

  • ZD CC Super user

You must also set these SACR Security permissions:

If you need assistance with the above security roles or SACR settings, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access

Setting Up Event Types

Navigation:  NavBar > Navigator > Campus Community > Campus Event Planning > Set Up Events > Event Type Table

  1. The Event Type Table search page displays.
  2. Select the Add a New Value tab.
  3. Enter Event Type.
  4. Select Add.

  2. Enter Effective Date.
  3. Select Status.
  4. Enter Description.
  5. Enter Short Description.
  6. Enter Comment.
  7. Select Save.
