Updating Employee Paylines Additional Data Page
Purpose: Use this document to update employee paylines additional data page in ctcLink.
Audience: Payroll Specialists.
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- <there are no college-assignable roles>
If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.
Updating Employee Paylines Additional Data Page
Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Update Paysheets > By Payline
- The By Payline search page displays.
- Enter the desired information into the Company field.
- Enter the desired information into the Pay Group field if available.
- Enter the desired information into the Page Nbr field if available.
- Enter the desired information into the Line Nbr field if available.
- Enter the desired information into the Empl ID field.
- Select the Search button.
- The By Payline page displays. The Payline page enables you to view and update the paysheet to affect the Pay Calculation process.
- Select the Last link to navigate to the payline detail that you want to update.
- Select the Additional Data link.
- The Additional Data pagelet displays. It enables you to modify default information.
- Enter the desired information into the Job Code field.
- Select the OK button.
- The By Payline page displays with update.
- Select the Save button.
