9.2 Running the Load Absence to Payable Time Process

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for running the load absence to payable time process in ctcLink.

Audience: Payroll Administrators.

You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:

  • ZZ ABS Conversion Processing

If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.

Run the Load Absence to Payable Time Process

Navigation:  Global & Payroll Absence Management  > Absence and Payroll Processing > Absence Conversion Processing > To Payroll for North America

  1. The To Payroll for North America run control search page displays.
  2. Enter an existing Run Control ID or select the Add a New Value tab to create one.
  3. Select the Search button.
  4. The To Payroll for North America page displays.
  5. Select the Calendar Group ID lookup icon and select the appropriate calendar group ID.
  6. Select the Run button.
  7. The Process Scheduler Request page displays.
  8. Select the OK button.
  9. The To Payroll for North America page displays.
  10. Make note of the Process Instance number.
  11. Select the Process Monitor link.
  12. The Process Monitor page displays.
  13. Select the Refresh button periodically until the Run Status field is Success and the Distribution Status field is Posted.

The process to run the load absence payable time is now complete.
