9.2 Viewing and Printing a Student's Class Schedule

Purpose: Use this document as a reference for how to view and print student schedules in ctcLink

Audience: Student Services staff

You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:

  • ZD SR Super User
  • ZD SR Term Activation
  • ZZ SR Enrollment Summary
  • ZZ SR Term Activation

If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.

Viewing and Printing a Student's Class Schedule

Navigation:  Menu > Records and Enrollment > Enrollment Summaries > Enrollment Summary

  1. The Enrollment Summary search page displays.
  2. Enter Search Criteria to identify your student.
  3. Select Search.
  4. The Enrollment Summary tab displays.
  5. Select Print Study List.
  6. Select Report Manager.
  7. The Administration tab displays.
  8. Select Refresh until the "Individual Student Study Rpt" Status = "Posted".
  9. Select the Individual Student Study Rpt link.
Administration tab
  1. The student's printable Study List opens in a new window.
  2. After you have reviewed and/or printed the Study List, close the new window.

Process complete.
