9.2 Veteran Benefit Report
Purpose: Use this as reference for viewing a Veteran Benefit Report within ctcLink.
Audience: Veterans Office staff.
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- ZD_DS_QUERY_VIEWER
If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.
Veteran Benefit Report
Navigation: NavBar > Navigator > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer
This query shows students who have had a change in enrollment since the last Enrollment Certification worksheet was completed.
- The Query Viewer selection page displays.
- Select Search By = "Query Name".
- Enter begins with = "CTC_SR_VET_BENEFIT".
- Select Search.

- The Search Results display at the bottom of the page.
- Select HTML.

- The CTC_SR_VET_BENEFIT - Veterans Benefit selection parameters page opens in a new window.
- Enter Institution.
- Enter Career.
- Enter Term.
- Select View Results.

- The results display at the bottom of the page.
- When you're done reviewing/downloading/printing the results, close the new window.

- Process complete.
