9.2 Reviewing Payline by Earnings

Purpose:  Use this document to review payline by earnings in ctcLink.

Audience: Payroll Specialists.

You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:

  • ZC Payroll Data Maintenance
  • ZZ Payroll Data Maintenance
  • ZZ SS Payroll

If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.

Review Payline by Earnings

Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Update Paysheets > By Payline Security

  1. The By Payline Earnings search page displays
  2. Enter the desired information into the Company field.
  3. Enter the desired information into the Pay Group field.
  4. Enter the desired information into the Empl ID field.
  5. Select the Search button.
  6. The By Payline Earnings page displays.
  7. The Payline Earnings (Account) page enables you to access payline information by account code.
  8. Select the View All link in order to navigate to the appropriate record if more than one record exists.
  9. Select the Additional Data link.
  10. The Additional Data pagelet displays.
  11. The Additional Data page enables you to alter default information. View the data for accuracy.
  12. Select the OK button.
