9.2 Adding Other Earnings Paysheet
Purpose: Use this document as a reference for adding other earnings to paysheets in ctcLink.
Audience: Payroll Administrator.
You must have at least one of these local college managed security roles:
- ZC Payroll Data Maintenance
- ZZ Payroll Data Maintenance
If you need assistance with the above security roles, please contact your local college supervisor or IT Admin to request role access.
Navigation: NavBar > Navigator > Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Update Paysheets > By Paysheet
- The By Paysheet search page displays.
- Enter or select the Company.
- Enter or select the Pay Group.
- Enter the paysheet Page Nbr.
- Select the Search button.

- The By Paysheet page displays.
- From the Paysheet tab, select the Add a Row (+) button in the Other Earnings section.
- Enter or select the Code.
- Enter the Amount.
- Select the Save button.
- The process to add other earning paysheets is now complete.
- End of procedure.
